Custom Software Development Projects
For custom software development projects, refund eligibility depends on the project stage:
- Discovery/Planning Phase: Full refund available if requested within 7 business days of project initiation and before significant work has commenced.
- Active Development: Partial refunds may be considered based on work completed and milestone progress. Refund amount will be calculated as: Total Project Cost - (Completed Milestones + Work in Progress).
- Post-Delivery: Refunds are not available after final delivery and client acceptance, unless significant defects are found that cannot be resolved within the warranty period.
Workflow Automation Services
For workflow automation and integration services:
- Initial Consultation: Full refund available within 7 business days if no implementation work has begun.
- Implementation Phase: Partial refunds based on completed work and resources invested.
- Completed Implementations: No refunds after successful deployment and handover.
Consulting and Support Services
For consulting, training, and support services:
- Hourly Services: Charges are based on time spent. Refunds are not available for hours already worked.
- Retainer Packages: Unused hours may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if requested within the contract period.
- Training Sessions: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Monthly/Subscription Services
For ongoing maintenance, support, or subscription-based services:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds available for unused portions of the current month if cancelled.

- After 30 Days: No refunds, but services can be cancelled for the next billing period.
Non-Refundable Services

- Completed and delivered projects that meet agreed specifications
- Third-party licenses, tools, or services purchased on your behalf
- Custom integrations that have been successfully deployed
- Time spent on completed consulting or support hours

Subscription Cancellation:
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time within the current period
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with our services:
- Bug Fixes: We will fix any bugs or defects discovered within 90 days of delivery at no additional charge
- Revisions: Reasonable revisions to meet original specifications are included in the project scope
- Support: Post-launch support is available as outlined in your service agreement
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that unique situations may arise. In cases of:
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
- Serious illness or personal emergencies
- Business closures or significant financial hardship
We may work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution, which may include payment plans, project deferrals, or case-by-case refund considerations.
